That is if famed atheist Richard Dawkins has anything to do with it.
Dawkins and a group of other pissed off people are planning to charge Roman Catholic head, Pope Benedict XVI, with charges against humanity. They claim the Pope does not have diplomatic immunity since he is not a head of a state.
Whoa.
Dawkins says, “This is a man whose first instinct when his priests are caught with their pants down is to cover up the scandal and damn the young victims to silence.”
The group has gone as far to hire a team of lawyers to prepare the case for them. Should be interesting to see how this plays out. I mean, who has heard of someone suing the Pope?
